The programme begins following completion of a business fitness questionnaire by the delegate. There will then be six one-day seminars with integral one-to-one coaching between seminars. The programme offers three streams of registration. These are:
Executive:
Delegates are given face to face coaching sessions between seminars intended to reinforce and deepen their learning and aid completion of set exercises. This coaching is in addition to seminar attendance and provision of associated materials.
Premium:
Delegates are given telephone coaching, between seminars intended to reinforce their learning and assist completion of exercises. This coaching is in addition to seminar attendance and provision of associated materials.
Lite:
Delegates benefit from each of the seminars and associated materials. The Lite stream does not include telephone or face-to-face coaching. This means there is no additional support offered by bia between seminars. The delegate works alone to complete the exercises given during seminars.
